Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. This deeply relaxing experience moves you into a theta state of mind that allows the body to slow down and rest.

Sound therapy can help with improving sleep, mental focus and clarity, stress/anxiety relief, reduce inflammation in the body and provide deep relaxation.

What to bring:

You will need to bring a yoga mat or single air bed/sleeping bag to lie on, pillow and blanket to get comfy with. For those not able to lie down for any length of time you could bring a folding chair or garden recliner.

You may want to bring water to drink afterwards. Eye masks will be provided.
