Sounds baths are where you lie (or sit if lying is uncomfortable) on a yoga mat and get comfy with a pillow and blanket. You then rest whilst you receive the benefit of the vibrations and sounds that you experience. You will need to bring with you your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket.
